Shipping and Delivery
1. The products in our store do not include tax, and additional tax points are required for invoicing. Please consult customer service; 2. Shipping within 48 hours after placing the order, default shipping or Zhongtong, large items shipped with Aneng; 3. Normal delivery on weekends, with additional notice for statutory holidays; 4. Please fill in the shipping address correctly. Once shipped, changing the address is not accepted.
Return and Exchange
1. Clothing that has been tried on is prone to residual pet odor and hair, and cannot be resold. Therefore, our store does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been tried on; 2. If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo to choose to reject it and contact customer service promptly for the damaged item; 3. Returns and exchanges without reason will not be accepted if they exceed 15 days; 4. For replacement products, please apply for a return and place a new order.
